With sadness, we share the passing of Jean J. Letchworth (Mount Olive, North Carolina). Jean, born on August 5, 1939, passed away on July 15, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Bentley Letchworth; her son David Bentley Letchworth; her parents, Nathan Jackson and Margaret Vernon Jackson Harper; and her son Jesus.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Anne Swinson Letchworth; her grandsons, Bryan Letchworth of Mount Olive and Matthew Letchworth of Mount Olive; her great grandchildren, Makayla Letchworth (Jacob Blake) of Pine Level and Makensey Letchworth (Daniel Reaves) of Mount Olive; her great great grandchild David Jace; and her siblings, Shirley Edwards of Grantham and George "Ricky" Jackson (Sheila) of Warsaw. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and several dear friends, as well as her church family.
