She was predeceased by: her father Cameron Kooy. She is survived by: her husband Matt; her mother Teresa "Teri" Langley Kooy; her siblings, Anne Kooy, Peter Kooy and David Kooy; her nephew Cameron Kooy of Kalamazoo; and her parents-in-law, Vernon and Rose Soper of Wyoming, Michigan.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Bridge Church (212 O'Berry Rd, Dudley, NC 28333).
