It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marie W. Roberts (Mount Olive, North Carolina), born in Wayne County, North Carolina, who passed away on October 12, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Lee Williams and Kitty Harris Williams Brogden. She is survived by: her husband Boyden P. Roberts; her children, Murray (Vicky Roberts), Beth R. (Woody McLamb) and Rosemary R. (Carl Massey); her grandsons, Richard (Crystal Roberts), Adam Roberts of Mount Olive and David (Monica Eldridge); her great grandchildren, Sloane Roberts of Clayton, Boyden Eldridge of Pink Hill, Metta Eldridge of Pink Hill and Wesley Bland Holmes of Pink Hill; and her sister Nancy W. Crapster of Salisbury.
