He is survived by: his girlfriend Lorrie Tisdale; his sisters, Terrie Walton (Steve), Kim Williams (Kelly), Tracy Klutch (Brett), Elizabeth Blizzard (Tommy) and Amy Mullins (Alex); and his stepmother Cathy W. Price.
