In the sacred silence of farewell, Shirley Ann is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Shirley Ann's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren "Doodle" Jernigan and Martha B. Jernigan. She is survived by: her husband Terry William Heuser; her daughters, Shanya Harb, Kimberly Grimes, Nikki Anderson and Jessica McTaggert; and her grandchildren, Taylor, Tanna, Grayson of Alex, DJ, Bradley, Daisy and Zech. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Friday, August 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Elizabeth United Methodist Church (4629 Cleveland School Rd, Garner, NC 27529).
