With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Florence Hahn Busbin of Mount Pleasant, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 9, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her brother Cletus "Sunshine" Hahn, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband John Busbin; her children, Teresa Jones, Johnny Busbin and Susan Smith (Shawn); her grandchildren, Matt Jones (Andria), Tyler Jones (Jackie), Natalie Cranford (Jantzen), April Goodman (Baker), Ashley Hanel (Joel) and Kayla Busbin; her great grandchildren, Jubilee, Mira, Corbin, Wyatt and Charlie; and her caregivers, Sandra Coleman and Cindy Pressley.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Gordon Funeral Home of Mt (8559 Cook St, Mt Pleasant, NC 28124). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, family requests memorials be made to Atrium Health Hospice and Palliative Care of Cabarrus County, 5003 Hospice Lane Kannapolis NC 28081.
