He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Caskey Harkey; his daughters, Alison Ballard (Jason) and Karen Helms (Keith); his brothers, Larry Harkey (Brenda), Jerry Harkey (Linda), Gary Harkey (Linda) and Robby Harkey (Vicki); and his grandchildren, Leah, Sawyer and Claire.
