She is survived by: her husband Samuel J. "Pete" Freeman; her son Derrick J. Freeman (Barbara); her stepdaughter Rev. Patricia A. Wilkerson of Mount Pleasant; her grandsons, Derrick Josh Freeman, Terry A. Spratt and Antonio Spratt; and her daughters, Dorothy Jones and Teresa Parks.
