It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wanda Carolyn Fisher of Mount Pleasant, North Carolina, who passed away on December 9, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her siblings, Warren Powers, Kenneth Powers, Wilma Miller and Helen Absher. She is survived by: her children, Sherry Humphrey (David), Karl Woods (Teresa) and Christopher Woods (Amanda); her grandchildren, Aaron, Benjamin, Ethan, Sarah, Luke, Rebekah, Rachel, Hannah, Mary, Abigail, Brandon, Mallorie, Shelby and Ashlyn; and her brother Arthur "Pete" Powers. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Ashelawn Memorial Chapel (3470 U. S. Hwy 221 N, Jefferson, NC 28640). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the same location.
