She was predeceased by: her parents, Clayton E. Decker Jr. and Shelby Jean Cox Decker. She is survived by: her husband Allen Moeller; and her siblings, Donald Decker (Susan), Darrell Decker (Brenda) and Luana Scott (David).
Visitation was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 at 7:00 AM at the Linn Honeycutt Funeral Funeral Home (1420 N Main St, China Grove, NC 28023).
