She is survived by: her husband Charles Anthony "Tony" Lefkowitz; her nephew Brian Stitz (Caitlin); her great-niece Paige; her great-nephews, Brian and Liam; her niece Sharon Lefkowitz (William Bryant); her daughter Crystal McDonald; her siblings, Wendy Harris and Howard Stitz; her siblings-in-law, Paul Rooks and Joann Bowen (Robert); her granddaughter Katie Marchione; and her friend Melissa Tomlin.
