She was predeceased by: her parents, Nathan White and Lula White (Phelps); her husband Carlton "Roy" Parker; and her son Craig (Gina). She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Campbell (Jamie) of Elk Point and Lee Parker of Moyock; and her grandchildren, Chris Pederson (Heather), Heather Pederson (Tom), Brittany Mask (Jesse), Cory Parker (Kristen), Brooke Carroll (Nathan) and Cari Bonney (Mike).

Even in her later years, as Alzheimer's progressed, Joan's heart remained deeply connected to those she loved.
