She is survived by: her children, Terry Kissel (Warren), William L. Whitt, Jr. (Chris) and Timothy Floyd Vance (Garrett); and her grandchildren, Tammy Foster (Clifford), Amy Clark, Megan Whitt and Ryan Whitt. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
