She is survived by: her husband Richard Rogers Seymour; her children, Mary Beth Chesson (Timmy) of Elizabeth City, NC, Sherry Edwards (Jeff) of Elizabeth City, NC and Scott Seymour of Elizabeth City, NC; her sisters, Miriam Saunders of Elizabeth City, NC and Maxine Kearner of Sarasota, FL; her grandchildren, R. J. Casey (Conley), Brianne Chesson, Bayley Seymour, Lindsay Chesson, Shelby Seymour, Tyler Edwards, Gracie Chesson, Andrew Edwards and Jacob Edwards; and her great grandchildren, Aliyah Lee and Kashyn Lee.
