With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Price E. Russell of Moyock, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 1, 2025 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his stepfather James R. Starr; and his brother Charles Starr. He is survived by: his daughters, Deborah L. Lauterbach and Donna L. Johnson; his sisters, Debbie Stuart (Brent), Karen Lane (Mike) and Bobbi Jo Myers (Chris); his grandchildren, Nikki, Aaron and Kelly; his great grandchild Savannah; his nieces, Elizabeth, Amanda and Brandy; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Blakely, Ava, Bentley and Austin.
