He was predeceased by: his parents, Tommy Bell and Hattie Ammons Bell; and his siblings, Kelly Ammons, Virginia Stocks, Jacqueline Goodman and Gary Bell.
He is survived by: his children, Jenna Bell of Murfreesboro and Craig Bell of Parkton; and his siblings, Elaine Carter (O'Neal) of Clinton, Rex Bell Sr. (Linda) of Clinton and Danny Bell of Fayetteville. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
