He is survived by: his parents, Richard Samuel Haynes (Melanie Ann Haynes) and Helen Margaret Haynes; his siblings, Alex, Brittany Streets, Andrew (Kanwe Yest), Lacey Streets, Ben Haynes (Malcolm) and Katie Haynes; his grandparents, Melvyn, Mary Streets and Susan Saunders; his uncles, David Streets (Melinda) and Jon Streets (Becky); and his pet Teddy. He is also survived by family members and close friends.
