She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Rascoe Perry and Manzella Whitley Perry; her granddaughter Jessica Futrell; and her siblings, Charlie Perry (Virginia), Jenny Burden (Arthur), Annie Phelps (Harvey), William Perry, Ruth Lassiter (Raymond) and Thomas Carroll Perry.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Futrell, Sr.; her son Rob Futrell (Denise); her granddaughter Dianna Warren; her great grandchild Josie Jo Warren; and her brother Henry Perry (Helen) of Bedford, VA. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Meherrin Baptist Church (519 Meherrin Ln, Murfreesboro, NC 27855). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the Meherrin Baptist Church Cemetery (519 Meherrin Ln, Murfreesboro, NC 27855).
