She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Rascoe Perry and Manzella Whitley Perry; her granddaughter Jessica Futrell; and her siblings, Charlie Perry (Virginia), Jenny Burden (Arthur), Annie Phelps (Harvey), William Perry, Ruth Lassiter (Raymond) and Thomas Carroll Perry.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Futrell, Sr.; her son Rob Futrell (Denise); her granddaughter Dianna Warren; her great grandchild Josie Jo Warren; and her brother Henry Perry (Helen) of Bedford, VA. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
