He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Earley Weaver; his children, Gloria Majette, Jacqueline Lee of Aulander, NC, Felicia Deloatch of Murfreesboro, NC, Frederick Weaver (Lenora) of Raleigh, NC, Reginald Weaver of Murfreesboro, NC, Anthony Weaver (Bonita) of Menola, NC, Keith Weaver (Yheresa), Johnny Weaver (Annie) of Murfreesboro, NC and Terence Weaver (Vicky) of Waldof, MD; his caregiver Portia Majette of Murfreesboro, NC; and his daughter Thelma Barnes of Murfreesboro, NC.. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hunter's Funeral Home - Ahoskie P. O. (123 Dr Martin Luther King Jr Dr N, Ahoskie, NC 27910). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 2:30 PM at the First Baptist Missionary Church of Powellsviille (407 E Main St, Powellsville, NC 27967).
