He is survived by: his wife Rachel Spradley Parker; his son John Ashley Parker; his sister Sarah Virginia Parker; his grandchildren, Sarah Margaret Parker, John Lucas Parker, Nicholas Todd Parker, Joshua Aaron Parker and Rachel Elizabeth Parker; his daughter-in-law Holly Howard Parker; and his siblings-in-law, Ben Spradley, Mike Spradley (Carol) and Vickie Parker. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and many cousins.
