He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Arthur and Helen Fensky Richter; his brother Thomas Richter; and his stepdaughter Kelley Jean Grande. He is survived by: his wife Kelley Richter; his children, Lora Lee Richter of Hudson, Florida and Michael Arthur Richter (Crystal) of Spring Hill, Florida; his stepson Stephen J. Grande (Cori) of Framingham, Massachusetts; his grandchildren, Braden Richter, Michael Caruso, Gianna Caruso, Trenton Richter, Adam Childress, Kelsea Peckham (Brian) and Ali Childress; and his great grandchild Cody Joseph Peckham. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
