She was predeceased by : her parents, Edgar Ray and Marie Clark Johnson; her husband Robert Hunter Jacks; her siblings, Howard Johnson, Alwayne Garrett and Elizabeth Ann Wilder; and her granddaughter Amanda Bianchi.
She is survived by : her daughters, Sandra Rose Jacks, Deborah Diane Jacks and Terecia Bianchi (Tony); her sister Judy Lavon Swisher (Lloyd); her grandchildren, Julie Skidmore, John Wilkerson and Carrie Baker; her great grandchildren, Taylor Wilkerson, Zachory Wilkerson and Melia Breuer; and her nieces and nephews, Heather Swisher, Sharon Jacks, William Carl Garrett, Kevin Swisher and Greg Johnson.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Billie's honor to the American Cancer Society or Ogreeta Baptist Church Cemetery Fund.
