He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Delmar and Hallie Mae Comer Brown; and his sister Tina Couch. He is survived by: his wife Diane Brown; his sons, Bobby Brown of Murphy, Paul Brown (Cindy) of Murphy and Gary Brown (Ramona) of Brasstown; his siblings, Nellie Truitt of Restin, Patricia Butler (William) of Honeybrook, Rita Simpson (David) of Honeybrook, Fran Worrell (Frank) of Ocean City, Nancy Carol McGehean of Aston, Pennsylvania and William Brown of Sarasota Springs; his grandchildren, Kevin Laney, Josh Brown, Adrienne Brown, Chase Brown (Megan) and Hailey Brown; his great grandchildren, Morgan Laney, Collis Gooch and Ellis Gooch; and his close friend Johnny Berrong. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
