He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Swartzinski and Marjorie Chase Swartzinski; and his brothers, Michael and Patrick Swartzinski. He is survived by: his wife Wendy Swartz; his children, Adam Swartz (Emily) and Libby Swartz (Cory Coughlan); and his granddaughter Nora Swartz.
