She was predeceased by: her father William Adrian Warwick Jr.; her son Jamie Jean Chase; her former husband Russell Hosch; and her pet Peewee. She is survived by: her husband Ben Willingham of Murphy; her stepdaughters, Dorie Gay Douthit (Charlie) of Winder, Georgia and Dell Slowrick (Mike) of Winder, Georgia; her grandson Cody Chase of Murphy; and her siblings, Keith Warwick (Laura) of Winder, Dawn Warwick, Kenneth Martin of Westminster, Melanie Phillips (Cliff) of Snellville, Chris Warwick (Kim) of Jefferson and Colleen Smith (Gary) of Cumming, Georgia. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
