He is survived by: his wife Betsy Lucht of Murphy; and his children, Peter Lucht (Karen) of Mansfield, James Lucht (Jen) of Providence, Michael Bush of Ossipee, Lauria Bush-Resko (James) of Fredericksburg, John Bush (Carolyn) of DeLand and Mark Bush of Rockledge, Florida..
