He was predeceased by: his father David Edward Hall; and his stepfather Jack Russell Craig. He is survived by: his mother Sharon Crain Craig; his wife Kimberly Hall; his children, Aiden Hall, Liam Hall and Sophia Hall; his brother Kevin Hall (Misty); and his nieces and nephews, Landon, Hunter and Madison.
