She is survived by: her children, Eric Fields of Tennessee, Josh Fields of Tennessee and Megean Guffey (Matt) of Marble, NC; and her brother Charles Simmons (Georgetta) of Greenwood, Indiana. She is also survived by six grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.
