We are sad to announce that, on June 22, 2023, at the age of 76, Cynthia Lee Pressley of Murphy, North Carolina, born in Athens, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Curtis Mease and Bonnie Nell Boydston Mease; and her husband Forrest Messer. She is survived by: her son Matthew Pressley (Tipper) of Brasstown; her grandchildren, Katie Pressley of Brasstown and Corie Graddick (Austin) of Murphy; her great grandchild Tony Pressley (Janet) of Canton; and her sister Carol Haley (Ron Haley) of Canton.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made in memory of Cynthia Lee Pressley to the New Martins Creek Baptist Church Cemetery Fund, c/o Steve Wilson, 560 Wilson Road, Brasstown, NC 28902.
