He is survived by: his wife Wendy Ketcham of Murphy; his sisters-in-law, Lori Hayes (Paul) and Jacalyn Simon; his cousins, Barbara Hunt and Bob (Patti Hunt); and his close friends, Dewayne (Mandy Stiles), Roger (India Adams), Jill Rockwell, Erin Burger, Carol Brady, Chuck (Carol Burgeran), Ed (Karen Kubacki) and Vicky Keasler.
