He was predeceased by: his parents, Malcolm Duncan and Sara Lane Campbell; and his wife Marcia Campbell. He is survived by: his children, Leigh Ellen Vandervert (Scott) and Mark D. Campbell (Sharon). He is also survived by seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
