He was predeceased by: his parents, Conley Edward and Georgia Watkins Teems; his significant other Ella "Faye" Trout Teems; and his siblings, Betty Teems Chance, Barbara Teems Brumbly, Robert, Allen, Harry Lee, Tommy and Leon Teems.
He is survived by: his children, Brenda Teems Morgan (Alan) of Andrews, NC and Ronnie Teems (Rita) of Marble, NC; and his grandson Wesley Morgan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and many wonderful friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Ivie Funeral Home (194 Peachtree St, Murphy, NC 28906). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials be made to the Ivie Funeral Home to help with final expenses. Keep Donald 's legacy alive by donating to a charity in need.
