He was predeceased by: his parents, William Thomas and Lena Mae Bateman Levins; and his siblings, William Thomas Levins Jr. and Nan Levins Varney. He is survived by: his wife Betty Sue Williams Levins of Blairsville, Georgia; his son Thomas Buckley "Buck" Levins (Jaime) of Blairsville, Georgia; his grandchildren, Thomas August Levins and Caroline Elizabeth Levins; and his cousins, Jeff and Brent Wingate.
