She was predeceased by: her parents, John Lester and Kate Clonts Stiles; her husband Marvin Cook; and her siblings, Ray, Troy, Gordon, J. L. Stiles, Leota Stiles and Eureka Ledford.

She is survived by: her nieces, Lisa Pendley (Reggie) of Murphy, Hope Phillips (Rondal) of Murphy, Pat Stone (David) and Pam Sandidge (Terry); her nephew Terry Scott Stiles (Kim) of Murphy; her sisters-in-law, Sue Newton and Deanie Stiles; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Megan Wells, Austin Phillips, Kayla Stiles, Ashley Stiles, Lauren McClure and Alyssa Phillips; her children, Greenville, Oasis Shriners and Charlotte; Kinsley Price and Charlotte Kate McClure.

In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Shriner's Children's Hospital.
