He is survived by: his children, Wanda Carpenter of Robbinsville, NC, Larry (Sharon Carpenter) and Ronnie (Lori Carpenter); his grandchildren, Marty Huskins, Carla Moore, Jeremy Carpenter, Nichole Carpenter, Chadd Carpenter, Chris Carpenter, Delaney Carpenter and Ronald Price; his great grandchildren, Zane Holland (Destiny), Natalie Carpenter, Alexia Carpenter, Riley Carpenter, Parker Carpenter, Parker Waldroup, Hunter Carpenter and Piper Carpenter; and his great great grandchild Olivia Holland.
