She is survived by: her husband Larry Hughes of Murphy, NC; her stepchildren, Paula Court (David) of Atlanta, GA and David "Scott" Hughes (Ramanda) of Blairsville, GA; her stepgrandchildren, Claudia Court, Trevor and Kyra Hughes; and her uncles, Howard Dockery and Jerry Dockery.
