He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Warren Kilpatrick, Sr. and Blanche Fox Kilpatrick; and his siblings, Fred Warren Kilpatrick, Jr., James "Pat" Kilpatrick, Dale Kilpatrick, Gladys Keenum, Regina Ledford and Ruth Moss.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Baine Kilpatrick; his children, Dwayne Kilpatrick (Carol) of Lenoir City, TN and Monica Holley-Sullivan (Tim); his brother Richard (Lorraine) of Murphy; his grandchildren, Justin Holley (Jewel Sykes) and Jayda Holley; and his caregiver Allyson Brank. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
