He is survived by: his wife Nancy Shaw Polley; his children, Heather Creamer, Annette Shaver (David), Nathan Polley (Kathryn) and Timothy Polley (Darlene); his grandchildren, Jordan Shaver, Allison Edwards (Caleb), Courtney Odom (Josh), Stefanie Creamer, Justin Polley, Kyle Polley and Katarina Polley; his great grandchildren, Kaydin, Lillyana, Wayah, Azalea, Dwayne, Aleckzander, Andrew, Lukas, Kimberly and Makinley; and his siblings, Gary Polley and Evelyn Gregory.
