He was predeceased by: his parents, C. W. "Bud" Crisp and Dorothy Greene Crisp. He is survived by: his wife Polly Conley Crisp; his children, Jackie Crisp, Jr. of Murphy and Misty Beaver (J. R.) of Hiawassee, GA; his siblings, Don Crisp (Janice) of Murphy, Judy Rubiann of Cleveland, GA and Phyllis Green of Gainesville, GA; his grandchildren, Jeremy Woody (Heather), Justin Queen (Tonya), Logan Exum (Brittan) of Murphy, Stephen Crisp and Jessica Crisp (Johnny Ray Maxey); his stepgrandchildren, Lucas Beaver (Krysta) of Hayesville and Brittany Beaver of Hayesville; and his great grandchildren, Camryn Wimberly, Trinity, Jonathan Queen, Willa Mae Exum, Jayon, Jupiter Maxey, Lilly, Victoria and Aaron Medlin.
