He was predeceased by: his father William Francis; his wife Betty Jean Swanson Wimpey; his grandson Ryan Little; his son-in-law Harry Little; and his siblings, Clarence Edward Wimpey and Emogene Riefer.
He is survived by: his daughter Sheila Grindstaff (Leonard) of Old Fort; and his grandchildren, Eric Grindstaff (Kara), Aaron Copeland, Adrienne Copeland and Joshua Little. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
