He is survived by: his wife Freda Payne; his children, Sondra Payne (Brandon Graham), Sharon Oliver (Kenneth) and Kendall Phillips; his daughter-in-law Holly Payne; his nephew Randall Payne; his siblings, Carolyn Duncan (David), Edna Duncan (Jake), Ann Payne and Roy Payne (Carolyn); and his caregiver Kristy Anderson. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, four great grandsons.
