He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Parmer and Willie Mae Polk Parmer. He is survived by: his wife Ruthie Parmer; his daughters, April Danielle Doutt (Scott) and Wendy Marie Seabolt (Shawn); his siblings, William Parmer (Josie), Jimmy Parmer (Zonie), David Parmer (Irene) and Linda Faye Meadows (Danny); his grandchildren, Logan Lawn (Brady), Cole Seabolt, Kaylee Murphy (Lucas), Ashton Petty (Russell) and Dallas Teer (Nick); and his great grandchildren, Loralai, Ronni, Tatum, Annie Kay and Delaney.
