She was predeceased by: her parents, Woodie Matthews and Etalee Daley Matthews; her husband Richard Stasierowski; and her siblings, Jean Marie Berry and Richard Matthews.

She is survived by: her children, Sharon Robey of Porter, IN, Terry Wright (Greg) of Westville, IN, Kenneth Stasierowski (Sandra) of Chesterton, IN, Mark Stasierowski of Murphy, NC and Gary Stasierowski (Kim) of Flowery Branch, GA. She is also survived by eight grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made in memory of Phalba Lee Stasierowski to the American Red Cross, PO Box 37839, Boone, IA 50037-0839 or redcross.org/donate/donation.html/.
