He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard F. Sr. Hummel and Randi Berge Hummel; and his sister Denise Christman. He is survived by: his wife Janice Hummel of Murphy; his son Michael Hummel (Kathy); his grandchildren, Bryce of Jupiter, Florida and Kara Hummel of Jupiter, Florida; and his sister Nancy Mahoney (Dennis). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
