It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Allan Reid of Murphy, North Carolina, born in Hialeah, Florida, who passed away on May 16, 2022, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert James Reid and Francis Marie Belz (Reid); his wife Beth Reid (Carr) of Murphy, NC.; his sister Sharon Jessup (Thomas McCarthy) of Davie, FL.; his niece Stephanie Craney of Davie, FL.; his nephew Larry Jessup (Morgan) of Charlotte, NC.; his half-sister Carol Reid of Englewood, FL.; and his siblings-in-law, Bud Carr (Mary), Bridget (Mark Burdelsky) and Blair Carr.
In lieu of flowers if you wish, the family requests that donations may be made to the St. Jude Children's Hospital in Mr. Reid's memory.
