He was predeceased by: his parents, Osborn Yonce and Ida Yonce; his wife Shirley Yonce; his son Joseph O. Yonce; and his siblings, Bill Yonce, J. D. Yonce, Roy Yonce, Carl Yonce, Grace Tallent, Peggy Yonce and Nell Pannell.
He is survived by: his children, Bobby Yonce, James Yonce (Melissa), Lisa Henson (Chris) of Murphy and Jill Kernea (Larry) of Murphy; his brother Paul Yonce of Murphy; his sister-in-law Edna Statts of Lakeland, Florida.; his grandchildren, Danielle Williams (Timmy), Kendall Lovingood (Matthew), Kailey Bailey (Thristen), Robert Yonce, Lucas Yonce, Michael Kernea (Lis), Elizabeth Buchanan (Jason) and Cory Killian; and his great grandchildren, Aayden Williams, Connor Williams, Maddox Bailey, Kollsen Bailey, Addie Joe Bailey, Sutton Gwen Lovingood, Carter Kernea, Corie Lynn Kernea, Delaney Reid, Ansley Buchanan, Brooks Buchanan and Kate Buchanan. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
Throughout his years of service, he exemplified the principles of brotherhood, integrity, charity, and service.
