He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Thompson and Eddie Cutshaw Thompson; and his wife Gwenda Thompson. He is survived by: his siblings, Tommy Thompson (Vickie) of Lakeland, Florida, Dea Rucks (Stanley) of Ockchobee, FL and Diane Crane (David) of Fort Pierce, Florida. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
