She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Curtis and Mary Jane Roberts Curtis; and her brothers, Gary Curtis and Mitchell Curtis. She is survived by: her husband Steve Sisson; her daughter Stephanie Lake (Josh); her siblings, David Curtis, Travis Curtis, Stanley Curtis, Joanne Elder, Wanda Ross and Valerie Soph; and her granddaughter Collins Lake.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Townson-Rose Funeral Home Murphy Chapel (138 Peachtree St, Murphy, NC 28906). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
