She was predeceased by: her mother Mamie Augusta Noonkester Offield; her husband Harold O'Neal; her son Harold O'Neal, Jr.; and her close friend Dottie. She is survived by: her children, Paul O'Neal (Amy) and Tammy O'Neal Hurt (Brad); her siblings, Willie Offield Clark (Butch) of Newbern, NC, Dewey Edward Offield (Doris) of Goldsboro, NC and Danny Allen Offield (Cathy) of Buffalo Junction, VA.; and her grandsons, Mark O'Neal (Alicia) of Kingsport, TN, Kevin O'Neal (Stephanie) of Gulfport, MS and Kenny O'Neal (Kendra) of Greeneville, TN. She is also survived by six great-granddaughters and one great-grandson.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Shelby's honor to a local animal shelter or food bank of your choice.
