He is survived by : his children, Tony Batten, II (Natasha) of Hayesville and Holly Jackson (Jack) of Murphy; his sister Barbara Manthe (Kent) of Akron, OH; his grandchildren, Tia Batten, Nia Batten, Kitt Batten, Lilyannah Faustine Jackson and Layla Louise Jackson; his niece Rachel Gross (Tyson); and his pets, Thumper, Cork and Lulu Puggie.
